We also inform the sellers about you as an applicant, i.e., name, company name, whether a first time buyer or existing operator, and your general location, i.e., London, Birmingham etc. We also advise them as to whether you can complete a transaction at this price level. No financial information is given to the seller.
We believe this collection and use of your personal data is in your interests, our interests, and those of our sellers. We therefore process this data on the basis of legitimate interests.
We store your completed forms on our computer recording system (ACT) which is password protected. Our seller’s data is also stored this way.
