Managing Director, Grayson Taylor has been a well known and respected figure in the Care Industry for over forty years. A former Care Home owner, he has first hand knowledge of Care Home operations, along with its many regulations governing finance, staffing and care commitments. In 1981, he founded Taylor National, which quickly gained a well earned reputation as one of the UK’s leading specialist care property agents.

Dawn’s career in the healthcare sector started with Taylor National in 1987, where she was instrumental in developing the Leeds office where she was based, into a successful part of the organisation. After the sale of Taylor National, Grayson, in 2001, along with his wife Dawn were the founding principals of DC Care, and more recently, in 2012 founded what is now one of the industry’s most successful and respected care agents, Lamont Johnson.
