The Home is registered for 17, in existing ownership for 15 years and has a overall CQC rating of “Good”. Sold on behalf of Mr & Mrs Rai to the Midlands based first time buyer Dr S Singh.

Care Home registered for 34, sold on behalf of Messrs Mahadeo, Holmes, Harrison and Dixit to Mr and Mrs Merali of A Welcome House Ltd.

Sold on behalf of Newton Chinneck Ltd to first time entrants Grand Park Homes Ltd

Northamptonshire Care Home sold by Lamont Johnson K Lodge, Rushden, Northamptonshire, registered for 40, in existing ownership since 2004 and offering 39 bedrooms with 25 having ensuite facilities.  The Home was sold on behalf of Mr & Mrs Fonseka.

In the existing ownership of Mrs Kay Cole since 1984.  The Home is registered for 32, overall CQC rating of “Good” and is set in 3 acres of grounds and gardens.  The Home has been acquired by the Middlesex based Mr Kennedy Sabapathy, who is an existing operator with a Home in Dorset. Click on ...
