Lamont Johnson is delighted to confirm the recent completed sale of two established and very profitable Care Homes, strategically located close together in Wrexham on the Welsh borders.
Orchard Care Group comprises two freehold Homes, converted to a high standard and providing care for 83 residents. The Group’s strong reputation has driven its excellent occupancy levels and created its award winning reputation. The Group has received positive inspection reports which in turn, has driven a strong pipeline of referrals.
Accommodation is provided by way of 83 single bedrooms, with 77 having ensuite facilities.
The Homes have been sold on behalf of Dave and Gemma Atkins and acquired by Mike Outmezguine of the London based Sfera Care. This is the third Home that has been sourced by Lamont Johnson for the buyers.
