Eastbury House has been owned by John and Patricia Appleyard since 1974, when it was originally a local hotel.
The home is registered for 20, offers all single room accommodation, and had a “Good” CQC rating in all five categories.
It was purchased by Mr Vijay Kumar, of Middlesex, his second acquisition through Lamont Johnson, having purchased the delightful Highfield House, Castle Cary, Somerset in 2017.
