Prestigious Shropshire Care Home sold by Lamont Johnson!
Lamont Johnson is delighted to confirm the recent sale of Hartlands at Abbey Forgate Shrewsbury. The Home is registered for 31, is management operated and had a CQC status of overall “Good”. Current planning permission exists to extend the registration to 43 by way of rear and side extensions. The Home attracted substantial interest and has been sold on behalf of Mr Kishore Ambasana and acquired by Mr & Mrs Ravi Soni. We wish Mr and Mrs Soni well with their new acquisition.
