Land For Care is a specialised division within Lamont Johnson that sources off market land opportunities for a select group of retained clients. these sites will generally accommodate anything from 40 to 80 beds on land up to 1.5 acres, but will also extend as far as 5 acre sites for small retirement village developments. Our network extends nationwide.
Our service includes site identification and acquisition, introductions to specialist architects and other professionals in the care sector and introduction to funders who have a strong appetite for such developments.

The list of sites that we have available for sale, literally varies from week to week. Some sites already have C2 approval in place and can therefore be bought almost ready to start on site, others can be purchased on a subject to planning basis.
