We are delighted to confirm the recent completed sale of Woodboro at Clacton-on-Sea. The Home is registered for 22, fully management operated and in existing ownership since 2016. The Home itself offers all single bedroom accommodation, 19 having ensuite facilities and a CQC rating of “Good” in all five categories.
The Home has been acquired by the Westcliff-on-Sea based Newbrae Care Home Limited (The Ark family) and sold on behalf of Mr Paul Wilkinson of Alliance Care Homes Limited.
Demand remains strong nationwide for Care Homes of all categories and sizes. Demand at this time outstrips supply of Homes coming to the market.
